Color:
For two colors, add $1,000 per insertion.
For three or four colors, add $2,000.

***Bleeds: subject to 10% premium. Bleed size is 9 x 11.5”; trim size is 8.5 x 11”.

Positioning:
For back page, add $1,000.
10% premium for guaranteed placement.

Commission:
15% for recognized advertising agencies if the invoice is paid within 30 days.

Deadlines:
Color: 10 days prior to issue date.
B&W: 7 days prior to issue date.
(Earlier during holiday weeks.)

Gif or jpg format.
